All upgrades and packs are automatic and you will receive them in approximately 15 minutes after payment, or the next time you are online in-game.

Once a propduct has been received on your account the payment is final and the upgrade cannot be transferred to another account.

No refunds will be given once the upgrades have been received on the server.

If you haven't received the items or account upgrade in 1 hour after you've completed the payment please contact us.

Any reward or package can be removed or changed at any time from the time you chose to purchase.
